Livotar is a personal AI companion browser extension. It is a “bring your own key” (BYOK) tool: all AI, voice, and automation features run using API keys you provide yourself, sent directly from your browser to your own accounts with third-party providers. Livotar's developer does not operate a server, does not collect your data, and does not have access to any information the extension processes.
Page content: Livotar can read the visible text of a webpage, but only when you explicitly ask it to — by voice command or a button click. It never reads pages automatically or in the background.
Microphone: With your permission, Livotar accesses your microphone for voice conversations. Audio is sent directly to your chosen AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) for processing and is not stored or transmitted anywhere else.
API keys: You supply your own keys for the services Livotar uses (AI conversation, voice, photo processing, email, and optionally property data). These keys are encrypted and stored locally on your device. They are never sent to any server operated by Livotar's developer, because no such server exists.
Your photo: During setup, you upload a photo to personalize your companion's appearance. This photo is processed using your own account with a background-removal service and stored locally on your device.
Deal and CRM data: Property, deal, and contact information collected during use is sent directly from your browser to your own Google Sheet, using a script you deploy and control yourself. Livotar's developer has no access to this data, at any point.
When you configure them, Livotar communicates directly from your browser with the providers you choose — which may include Anthropic or OpenAI (AI conversation), ElevenLabs (voice), a background-removal service (photo processing), an email service (sending documents), RentCast (optional property data), and Google (your own Sheets and Apps Script). Each service is governed by its own privacy policy and terms, since you interact with them directly using your own account and keys.
All settings, keys, and deal data are stored locally on your device via your browser's local storage. Uninstalling the extension removes this data from your device.
This policy may be updated as Livotar's features change. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
